HALMAHERA Jaya Mining – Roko Tenement

The Halmahera Project comprises two contiguous blocks under two mining licenses. The first license covers an area of 1,500 Ha (15 Km2) and the other one at 12,000 Ha (120Km2) for a combined area of 13,500 Ha.

The potential of ROKO epithermal deposit has been documented in  journal of Geochemical exploration 60 in 1998. Exploration in the gold prospect has been conducted by Sinomine Exploration (China) and Dragon Mining (HK) geological team and strongly support the potential of the prospect area.

The neighboring operating mine site, NEWCREST is known as the Top three operating gold mine in Indonesia.

For the year ended June 2013, 312,711 ounces of gold and 342,835 ounces of silver were produced. Since mine operations commenced in 1999, over four million ounces of gold and three million ounces of silver have been produced.
